Sleep:
Being offline always guarantees you improved sleep, especially if you are offline for a couple hours beforehand. Cuddling is better than scrolling, in our opinion anyway. Sleep is mostly free and most of us need more of it anyway. A top tier self care option!
Listen to relaxing sounds:
